Today’s Practice Managers/Administrators are expected to wear a lot of different hats; Human Resource Manager, Physician Liaison, Marketing Manager, Financial Manager and Adviser, Facilities and Equipment Manager and Practice Transformation Expert to name a few.  When we work with Managers/Administrators just like you, we establish billing rules and guidelines that we follow.  You can be assured that we provide complete transparency by working in your practice management software and utilizing your established clearinghouse.  By doing so, there is never a question if your data will be accessible at a later date or the ownership of the work done.

One size DOES NOT fit all!

Each practice is unique.  For some practices, we scrub their charges and compare them to the documentation, create the claim, submit it to the clearing house, post the payment and mail patient statements.  For other practices we also provide prior authorization services and answer patient billing questions.

We provide our clients with the services they want.  You can order ala carte or have the entire buffet.  It’s up to you!  We also don’t tie our clients up with a lengthy contact that they’re locked into.  Our contracts are more like a good ole handshake, with a few mandatory legal items.

If you change your mind about outsourcing what we’re doing for you, we understand!  A successful business relationship must be mutual.  Our clients see us as more than their billing company, but rather as an extension of their office.
